It is highly insolube thermally stable titanium dioxide suitable for glass, optic and ceramics applications. They are typically insoluble in aqueous solutions (water) and extremely stable making them useful in ceramics structures as simple as producing caly powels to advanced electronics and in light weight structural component in aerospace and elecrochemical applications such as fuel cells.
